List your vehicle, see interested buyers, and manage conversations — with screenshots. Every interested buyer has put down a deposit and set a timeframe, so you get qualified leads, not tire-kickers.
After signup you land on the seller dashboard. You’ll see your listings (draft and active), view counts, and an Interested Buyers tab listing every buyer who tapped “I’m interested” on your vehicle(s). Dealerships also see “Why mmmyep leads are different” — deposit down, time-boxed, buyer-initiated. You get notified by email (and push on the app) when a new buyer shows interest.

Your listings and the number of interested buyers per listing.
The Interested Buyers tab lists each engagement: which buyer is interested in which listing, and the status (interested, chat open, price agreed, finalizing, completed). Use Open chat to start or continue the conversation. You can filter by active vs completed. Respond quickly — buyers who get a fast reply are more likely to close. Your minimum price is never shown to the buyer; they only see that they match.

Click Open chat to message the buyer.
On the engagement page you’ll see what the buyer is looking for (vehicle type, timeline, and whether they have a trade-in), your listing summary, and the deal status. The chat lets you negotiate, agree on price, and move to finalizing. You can update the engagement status (e.g. mark price agreed when you’ve both agreed in chat). Your minimum price is never shown to the buyer. Buyer phone and email appear when the deal reaches finalizing or completed — use chat until then. See Partners, data & trust. If the buyer reported an inspection defect, you’ll see the remediation flow (10 days to fix or a $50 fee); see Inspection tips and Trust & Safety for details.

When you add a listing or use Send vehicle to buyer on an engagement, you can paste a link to pull photos and specs. We prioritize Kijiji, AutoTrader Canada, CarGurus, Facebook Marketplace, and Clutch.ca (SPEC §4.7); other hosts may be allowed for dealerships when your team has approved them on the platform. Fetching is best-effort — always review year, make, model, price, and photos before you publish.
If we can't read the page (rate limit, unsupported layout, timeout), you are never stuck: use Add vehicle details manually and fill the form from scratch or from partial data. Same idea as listing from scratch when you don't have an external ad (§4.7.1).
For webhook/DMS scale, see Dealer inventory sync below.
Dealerships can generate a secret on the seller dashboard and POST JSON to /api/webhooks/dealer-inventory with header X-Inventory-Sync-Secret. Each vehicle needs a stable external_id from your DMS; we upsert listings and set source_name to "Inventory sync". You can also send removed_external_ids to pause listings no longer in stock. Condition must match our condition list (e.g. Excellent, Good, Fair, Rebuilt title, Minor cosmetic damage); min_price is the dollar amount (e.g. 28500 for $28,500). Listing caps still apply. Payload format is documented for developers in the project repo (docs/DEALER_INVENTORY_SYNC.md).
Scheduled feed (optional): On web or mobile, set an HTTPS URL in the same dashboard card. Our platform periodically fetches that URL; the response must use the same JSON shape as the webhook body (items, optional removed_external_ids). The hostname must be allowlisted for your deployment — if save fails, contact support with your feed URL so ops can add the host. Suspended dealerships are skipped.
Private sellers can add a CarProof or Carfax report URL to the listing. It is optional for now (we may require it later). Adding a link builds buyer trust and is great for demos. You are responsible for obtaining and paying for the report; check CarProof.com (Canada) or Carfax.ca. mmmyep does not provide or verify these reports — we only display the link you add.
Dealerships typically use their own history reports or DMS.
When you add a listing (web or app), you can mark major maintenance items done and add a proof URL. You can also use Vehicle profiles to upload documents and store VIN/odometer in one place.
Read: Maintenance records & vehicle profile →•Your min price is never shown to buyers — they only see that they match.
•You get interest only from buyers whose max price overlaps with your min (within our matching rules). No lowball leads.
•Respond in chat to move the deal to price agreed and finalizing. Use the status controls on the engagement page when you’re both aligned.
•Chat & messaging — how to open chat and send messages.
•Ratings — after a completed deal, you can rate the buyer; buyers rate you on accuracy, responsiveness, commitments, and satisfaction. High ratings help you get more interest.
