Maintenance checklist when you list

On web (Add listing and seller signup) and in the mobile app (Add listing), you can mark common maintenance items — for example timing belt, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and coolant — and optionally add a proof URL (link to an invoice, shop portal, or cloud file). Typical intervals are shown as guidance only; always follow your manufacturer's schedule for your vehicle.

Buyers see completed items and any proof links you provide on the public listing. This is optional but recommended for private sellers.

Vehicle profile (documents)

Sellers and buyers with a trade-in can use Vehicle profiles (seller dashboard) to store make, model, VIN, odometer, and uploaded documents (maintenance records, specs, etc.). When you create a listing from a profile, details can carry over.

• Upload PDFs or images to the private vehicle-docs storage bucket (size limits apply).
• Sharing with the other party (4A.2.1): Listings linked to a profile can opt in to share uploaded documents with engaged buyers or sellers (time-limited links on the engagement screen). Sellers set this when adding or editing a listing (web and mobile); buyers with a trade-in can toggle it on the buyer dashboard. Nothing is shared until you turn it on and someone is in an active engagement with you.
• Optional provenance / NFT metadata fields (content hash, chain, token id) are for advanced use — see SPEC section 4A.3; on-chain minting is not automated in-app.
