By accessing or using mmmyep ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
mmmyep is a vehicle marketplace that connects buyers and sellers through a matching algorithm. The Platform facilitates introductions and negotiations but is not a party to any vehicle transaction. We operate in compliance with Canadian competition law regarding pricing and marketplace conduct.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Buyers pay a refundable deposit when starting a search. Deposits are held until the search expires (refunded), a deal is completed (applied toward the platform fee or refunded), or the buyer withdraws or fails to finalize after a price agreement (subject to forfeiture). Deposit handling may be subject to financial services regulations in your jurisdiction; we will comply with applicable requirements.
Once both parties agree on a price, a 7-day finalization window applies. If the buyer does not complete the deal within 7 days, the deposit may be retained. Repeated withdrawal after price agreement may result in loss of deposit and restrictions on future searches. Dispute resolution: contact support with your transaction details.
Sellers pay a $25 CAD platform fee upon successful completion of a deal. This fee is invoiced via a payment link sent by email.
Optional financing introductions and vehicle transport coordination may be provided as a convenience. Third-party lenders and carriers are independent; mmmyep is not responsible for their rates, terms, or performance. mmmyep may receive referral or finder fees from partners, as disclosed when you use those features.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. mmmyep does not verify vehicle condition, ownership, or legality. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.
Import from an external URL. If you paste a link to a third-party listing (e.g. marketplace), you authorize mmmyep's servers to retrieve that public page to suggest vehicle fields. You represent that you have the right to use that listing and that importing complies with the third-party site's terms. Parsed data is best-effort; you must review and correct details before publishing. We do not log in on your behalf or bypass paywalls. You may not use the Platform for fraud, harassment, spam, or any illegal purpose. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Platform or its APIs.
mmmyep is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or any vehicle transaction facilitated through it. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion or termination, your active listings and buyer searches are deactivated immediately. Financial transaction records, compliance logs, and identity verification records are retained for up to 7 years to satisfy tax, regulatory, and legal dispute obligations, after which personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.
Provincial rules apply to bills of sale, safety inspections, liens, and taxes. Our Help pages summarize common requirements; they are not legal advice. Sellers are responsible for accurate disclosure and valid title.
CarProof / Carfax and similar reports are provided by third parties. mmmyep may facilitate ordering or linking reports; we do not warrant their accuracy or completeness. Subscription and data-use terms of the report provider apply.
You may upload identity documents (e.g. driver's licence) where the Platform requests them. You represent that you are authorized to provide those documents. We store such documents securely and use them only for verification, compliance, and dispute handling as described in our Privacy Policy.
Optional blockchain attestations or NFTs may represent access to a bundle of documented vehicle history on the Platform. They do not represent legal ownership of the vehicle, which is transferred only through proper title and registration processes. On-chain records prove integrity at mint time, not the truth of underlying documents.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province or territory where mmmyep operates its business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution with our support team before pursuing formal proceedings, except where injunctive relief is required.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
