Early markets & dealer outreach
mmmyep isn't only a public search grid: we can connect deposit-backed buyers with inventory when criteria align — including light-touch introductions to verified dealerships and surfacing private sellers when the match is to their specific vehicle. That can happen in new regions or anywhere dealers and sellers have told us what they want to hear about; it's driven by fit and parameters, not by pretending we're a nationwide classifieds blast. You still control the deal (SPEC §13).

For buyers
Your search, deposit, and refund rules are the same. You always choose which vehicles to engage with. In some cases our team may let verified dealerships know that a qualified buyer (deposit down, criteria on file) is looking for a fit — when that lines up with what the dealer has configured or has in stock, not only when you happen to share a single metro.
That outreach does not share your maximum budget or contact details with dealers. Dealers still only see normal match signals through the product, and you still open engagements yourself when you are ready.

For sellers & dealerships
You may receive email from mmmyep when a buyer's search criteria align with parameters you've set, your inventory, or (for private sellers) the vehicle you're selling — including when you're not in the same city as the buyer, if the product rules allow the match. Messages describe criteria (e.g. region, budget band, vehicle type, optional notes), not a cold blast to everyone. It is an introduction, not a guarantee of inventory or a closed deal — respond through the platform when you have a fit.

Why we do this
Buyers need vehicles to consider; dealers and sellers need qualified leads without us behaving like a bulk email vendor. Outreach is scoped to likely fit, logged, rate-limited, and aligned with our trust model — serious buyers first, no price leaks, and practices designed so mmmyep isn't flagged as a spam sender.
